Delivery
Free UK delivery is available with all Remembered in resin orders.
Royal Mail handles all parcels, to/from our Ribble Valley base. Your inclusions kit will be sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class service. Your handcrafted piece will then safely be delivered using:
- Royal Mail Special Delivery - for all pieces (excluding keyrings)
- Royal Mail Signed For - for all keyrings

Returns and Refunds
Each and every Remembered in resin item is bespoke and handcrafted to the personalisation chosen during the ordering process. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accept any returns - unless there is a fault (please see our 'Guarantee' page) or you receive an incorrect item.
Should you notice that you have selected the wrong item or wish to change your order, please note that we can only do so within 24 hours of your order being made. Please inform us of any changes by emailing: info@rememberedinresin.com
