We are committed to making the whole ordering process as simple as possible, taking away as much stress as possible. Ordering from Remembered in resin is split into 4 easy steps, and you can see each (in detail) below by clicking each step individually.
Delivery of your bespoke item usually takes between 3 and 5 weeks from the date that we receive your inclusions - which gives our craftswomen the time to lovingly handcraft your jewellery item. All orders are delivered by our trusted delivery partner, Royal Mail, and we will keep you informed along the process.
Step 1 - Place your order...
Our website allows you to browse our wide range of products, ranging from 925 Sterling Silver earrings and rings, to Stainless Steel keyrings.
Once you have selected your preferred items, please personalise them (such as selecting the resin colour and letting us know the name of your loved one) and pay for your order - all from the comfort of our website. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation email, including your order number - which begins with RIR).
Step 2 - Sending your inclusions...
Once you've placed your order, our team will send an inclusion pack to your home address via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. The pack includes:
- An ashes pot and/or hair/fur pouch, labelled with your loved one's name
- An eco friendly wooden spoon
- A returns envelope, label and 2nd Class Large Letter stamp
Once you have filled the pot and/or pouch, we ask that you re-package the inclusions pack and return using the prepaid envelope. This will ensure it is received by our team for the next step!
Step 3 - We handcraft your bespoke piece...
Once we receive your inclusion pack, our team will send an email to confirm its safe receipt and pass them to our craftswomen. They will then safely begin handcrafting your bespoke piece, setting your inclusions in resin and personalising the piece to your chosen design. Your inclusions will be cared for every step of the way - respecting your loved one throughout.
Please note that this process takes 3-5 weeks for us to complete, from the date that we receive your inclusions.
Step 4 - Sending you the bespoke piece...
Once we finish handcrafting your jewellery, we safely package it (as well as any remaining inclusions) for their journey to your home. This will be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service (for all pieces excl. keyrings) or Signed For (for all keyrings), meaning your parcel is treated with care and attention. This service is tracked, and your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
