We want you to love each and every piece of Remembered in resin jewellery, so that you can keep your loved one's memory close.

All products are provided with a guarantee which covers manufacturing faults, for a minimum of 30-days. For our 925 Sterling Silver and Stainless Jewellery (excluding necklace chains) this is extended to a 12-month complementary guarantee. Your guarantee starts from the date of delivery, and aims to provide piece of mind for your newly purchased item(s).

It is, however, extremely important that you follow our jewellery care instructions - both to ensure that your jewellery is long-lasting and remains covered by our guarantee. This can be found below, on our dedicated webpage.

What should I do if I experience an issue with my piece, during its guarantee period?

Firstly, we're sorry that you're experiencing an issue with your handcrafted piece. So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please email guarantee@rememberedinresin.com, and include:

  • Your order number (this begins with RIR)
  • An image of the issue
  • A brief description of the issue

We will then be in touch as quickly as possible, to support you with the next steps and help to find a resolution.

What is excluded from Remembered in resin's complementary guarantee?

We are unfortunately unable to accept guarantee claims where our jewellery care instructions haven't been followed, for example submerging a piece in water. Similarly, we are unable to provide cover where an item has been physically damaged, such as dented or deformed.

In addition, as all items are bespoke and handcrafted, we are unable to accept guarantee claims where you have changed your mind or where incorrect information was provided upon ordering.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any guarantee claim, where we believe an issue has arisen from a non-manufacturing fault or where appropriate care hasn't been taken to look after your item.

What about if my piece arrives a different colour than expected?

Our craftswomen will use the colour selected upon ordering, when handcrafting your bespoke piece. However, it is important to note that the shade of resin jewellery can differ on each and every order. This is influenced by a range of factors, including the type of inclusion (e.g. ashes, hair or fur) which each react differently to resin. This is what makes each and every piece bespoke to your loved one.

This does mean that we are unable to accept guarantee claims for colour issues, except where the colour used within your piece does not match that included on your original order.

What happens if my question is not covered here?

Whilst we aim to cover as many questions as possible, we understand that we can't pre-answer every question. Please also see our FAQ page, which may have the answer you're looking for!
