What are the steps for ordering from Remembered in resin?
We aim to make the entire process as simple as possible, from the ordering to delivery of your bespoke piece. You can find our entire process on the 'Our ordering process' page.
How do I send my inclusions to you?
We treat your loved one with the highest level of care and respect, throughout the handcrafting process. When you order from Remembered in resin, we will send an inclusion pack to your address. Depending on the type of inclusion(s) you selected upon ordering (ashes, fur or hair), your pack will contain a pot and/or pouch. We ask that you fill these and return to us within the prepaid envelope.
Royal Mail handle the delivery and return of our inclusions pack, ensuring the safe receipt back to our Ribble Valley base. Any remaining ashes, after we've handcrafted your piece, will be safely returned to you with your jewellery.

What type of inclusions can I send?
For Remembered in resin jewellery, we can accept the following inclusions:
- Cremation Ashes - human or pet
- Hair - human
- Fur - pet
Within the product page, you can select your choice(s) of inclusion for your bespoke piece. Our craftswomen will then work to set these within resin, producing a long-lasting piece to cherish and remember your loved one.
Colours and inclusion visibility - how do they appear in my piece?
Each piece can be personalised with your choice of resin colour. You can find our colour palette here, to help with your decision.
Please note that the shade of resin jewellery can differ on each and every order. This is influenced by a range of factors, including the type of inclusion (e.g. ashes, hair or fur) which each react differently to resin. Similarly, the visibility of hair is dependent on the colouring - and may not appear visible. This is what makes each and every piece bespoke to your loved one.
What steps do I need to take to care for my piece(s)?
We want your piece to be long-lasting and remain in its best condition for as long as possible. As such, it is key to follow our 'Jewellery Care' instructions - which set out how best to look after your resin-based pieces.

What guarantee is provided with my order?
All Remembered in resin items are delivered with our complementary guarantee - covering 30-days from delivery. For our 925 Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel jewellery (excl. necklace chains), this is extended to 12-months from the date of delivery.
